Start your healing journey

A heart-shaped outline filled with food and drink icons including a burger, a carrot, a drink, and an apple.

01. Overcome the binge/restrict cycle & heal your relationship with food

Our relationship with food can be a bit complicated, and can feel as a bit out of control, like you will never be able to eat a meal without overeating. It swings between limiting what we eat and being very strict to feeling uncontrollable and finding ourselves bingeing surrounded by guilt. It is possible to heal your relationship with food and eating (even after years of dieting)

02. Ditch the diet culture and find body neutrality

Diet culture and the cultural ideal of thinness is ever so prominent in our society and life, creating distrust with our food, eating and body and fostering the belief that our body is unacceptable. This belief system can be uprooted and turned into something that feels more neutral and hopeful. It isn’t about loving our body (or even liking it), but making peace with it through acceptance and respect, while learning to reject the dieting and restriction behaviours.

03. Address your thoughts, emotions and nervous system

The way our mind works is that - thoughts become feelings (and vice versa), creating behaviours, and our life is a series of behaviours. Using evidence based psychotherapy and counselling we will shape our thinking patterns so they support the life we want to live instead of sabotaging it. I’ll teach you to access your thoughts, foster acceptance and create a new narrative that supports your well-being. I also show you how to use somatic practices to regulate your nervous system, which has a lot to do with our emotional responses.

04. Heal and Rebuild

When we shift our focus away from food and body image, we make room for life and ourselves. Curiosity, Courage and Purpose is a part of the healing journey. Discover your authentic self and start enjoying the moments of life free from distraction.
