I help women who feel stuck in the cycle of binge eating and body image struggles find freedom, peace, and confidence in their relationship with food and themselves.

In a world full of expectations, unrealistic ideals, information overload, and endless fad diets, it’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed—or unsure about what’s truly right for you.

You might just want to “be healthy,” but between the guilt, the stress, and the pressure to keep it all together—it’s exhausting.

That’s where I come in. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to non-diet nutrition and counselling, I’m here to help you let go of shame, ditch the diet mentality, and quiet the mental load—so you can feel confident in your body and at peace with food.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about creating a relationship with food and yourself that feels empowering, sustainable, and free from stress.

Hi, I’m Saabira

How It All Began…

I come from a big, vibrant family where food was always at the centre of connection, culture, and care. I grew up believing that food had the power to impact not just our physical health but our emotional well-being too.

That belief led me to study a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. I was eager to help people feel better within themselves by eating well and living healthfully. But early in my career, I began to notice a pattern: so many of my clients were doing all the “right” things, but still felt stuck. They struggled with stress, anxiety, low self-worth, and an exhausting mental load around food.

I wanted to do more than offer meal plans or nutrition advice. I wanted to truly understand and support what was going on beneath the surface. So I completed a Master’s in Counselling from Monash University, deepening my ability to support mental health, emotional regulation, and healing the relationship with food and self.

Now, I combine my expertise in nutrition and counselling to offer a holistic, person-centred approach grounded in non-diet principles and aligned with Health at Every Size®. I work with women who are tired of the binge-restrict cycle, who feel overwhelmed by body shame, and who are ready to feel confident and at ease around food again.

This work isn’t about perfection or control. It’s about safety, self-trust, and feeling more like you.
Because you are so much more than a number, a body shape, or what you ate today.
You’re worthy of joy, peace, and confidence right now, exactly as you are.

OUR WHY

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the
cycle of food guilt and body stress

I’ve been there too, constantly worrying about eating “right” or how I looked. That pressure is exhausting. I’m here to help you break free from that and find peace with food and your body, just like I did.

I combine nutrition with mental health
to help you make real, lasting changes.

It’s not just about what you eat, it’s about why you eat and how you feel about it. With my background in both nutrition and counselling, I’m here to help you untangle those complex emotions and build a healthier relationship with food that lasts.

I believe you should honor your body’s
needs, not fit into someone else’s idea of
 “perfect.”

This journey isn’t about following strict diets or trying to look like anyone else. I’ll help you let go of societal pressures and focus on what works for you, so you can feel good in your own skin, no matter what size or shape you are.

I want to help you stop stressing
 over food.

Food shouldn’t be a source of anxiety. I’m here to help you release that constant fear and guilt, so you can enjoy food again without it controlling your life or your thoughts.

You’re more than your food choices
or a number on a scale.

I’ve seen firsthand how freeing it is when my clients realize they’re not defined by what they eat or how much they weigh. You deserve to feel confident, joyful, and at peace with yourself — I’m here to help you get there.

My Mission?

Our mission is to help women, who are juggling busy lives, feel confident and at peace with food, their bodies, and themselves. We support women struggling with disordered eating and binge eating through a non-diet approach and compassionate counselling. By creating a space where their stories and struggles are truly heard, we empower them to let go of food and body anxieties, while building lasting habits that support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being

I BELIEVE

  • Food and Eating should be simple

The relationship we have with food should be peaceful. Yet we feel stressed, shame and guilt over the foods we eat. We have put many labels on foods such as ‘good’ and ‘bad’. And the list of complicated and restrictive diets is never-ending. Food and eating should make you feel satisfied and pleased, and good nutrition is easy. My goal is to make nourishing your body simple, satisfying and nutritious.

  • Your body and mind need compassion

Gone are the day’s of no pain no gain and beating ourselves up over everything. Our body and mind need our utmost compassion and guidance to be able to thrive into their full potential. Come, as I teach you to channel some kindness inwards so you can grow.

  • Health is more than a number

Bodies are naturally diverse and exist in all shapes and sizes. Rather than fighting with your body, we will work together on behaviours and attitudes that support your health and help you feel positive and comfortable. No matter what body shape or size, you are worthy of respect, care and health.

  • You know you - Your story matters

I am a true believer that you know you, better than anyone. Each person is unique in their experiences, body and mind. I am here to support you in unpacking your story and needs and what it means for you to be healthy.

  • Mindfulness

We believe mindful choices create meaningful change—when we slow down and tune in, we take back control of how we nourish and care for ourselves.
