Counselling Support
Space to slow down, feel heard, and find your way forward.
Life can feel heavy sometimes. Whether it is a stressful season, a big change, or a build-up of unspoken emotions, these challenges can affect your mental health, relationships, and how you feel in your own body.
You might be doing your best to keep up, but underneath it all, you feel anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. It can feel hard to cope, let alone find time to process any of it.
You do not have to navigate it all on your own.
Food and Mind: A Whole-Person Approach
Mental health does not exist in isolation. There is strong evidence showing that nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle habits can impact not only your physical health, but also your mood, energy, and mental wellbeing.
That is why my counselling approach brings together both mind and body support. When relevant, we will gently explore how nutrition and lifestyle may be influencing your emotional health. You will be supported with education, compassion, and practical strategies to help you feel better both mentally and physically.
Support for What You Are Carrying
As a qualified counsellor and eating disorder clinician, I support women through a wide range of emotional challenges. You may come to counselling for help with your relationship with food, or for something that feels completely separate. Either way, I am here to support your mental wellbeing in a way that feels safe and respectful.
I offer counselling for:
Stress and anxiety
Depression and low mood
Trauma and difficult life events
Binge eating and emotional eating
Low self-worth and not feeling “good enough”
Body image concerns
Perfectionism and people pleasing
Life transitions such as motherhood or identity changes
Together, we will unpack what is getting in the way, explore what matters most to you, and build tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and connected to yourself again.
This is your space to feel seen, supported, and safe

The first step isn’t doing more. It’s talking to someone who gets it.
