Where Food Meets Feelings and Healing Begins

Rebuild Your Relationship with Food, Mind, and Body—No Diets, Just Real Change.

If you're stuck in the cycle of binge or emotional eating, overwhelmed by food choices, or constantly battling your body image, you are not alone.

I’m a Melbourne-based Accredited Practising Dietitian and Counsellor, and I help women break free from the diet mentality using a unique, evidence-informed approach that blends nutrition science, psychotherapy and behaviour change techniques, all delivered with compassion and care.

Whether you're recovering from disordered eating, feeling burnt out by the constant pressure to lose weight, or simply want a healthier relationship with food, this is a space for healing, growth and lasting change.

  • "Lighten the mental and emotional load"

The constant food thoughts and body pressure don’t have to weigh you down. Our therapy for stress-induced binge eating in women helps you quiet the mental chatter, manage emotional triggers, and let go of the stress.

  • "Be in Control, Be Confident"

We get it! You want to feel in control and confident again. Instead of quick fixes, we help you create sustainable habits, manage emotional triggers, and trust your body. The goal isn’t just weight – it’s feeling good in your own skin and fully in charge of your well-being.

  • “Ditch diets, food guilt, and body shame for good.”

Through non-diet nutrition therapy, counseling, and self-care tools, we guide you to build a peaceful relationship with food and embrace your body with confidence—so you can live freely, without stress holding you back.

Oh hello, I’m Saabira!

I’m a Dietitian, Counsellor, and Eating Disorder Clinician and a mum who truly understands how overwhelming life can feel.

I help women break free from binge eating and body image struggles with a compassionate, non-diet approach. Together we’ll ditch diets, food guilt, and shame, build simple, sustainable habits, and quiet the mental chatter that holds you back so you can feel comfortable in your own skin and enjoy life on your terms. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about creating a peaceful, empowering relationship with food and yourself. I know how exhausting it is to juggle work, family, and life especially when food or your body feels out of control.

Over the years, I’ve supported many clients who once felt trapped in shame, guilt, and constant mental noise. Today, they tell me things like:

That’s what drives me.

  • “Saabira’s questions and the way she steered conversations really helped me open up and find things that I didn’t even realise had so much of an affect on me, a big reason I gravitated towards her was because you weren’t only about binge eating but you knew about PCOS and I felt like she would saw me as me and not just another fat person.”
