Hello! I'm Saabira, An Accredited Dietitian, Counsellor and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I will be your support, guide and mentor, to help you tackle the stress of life without the extra food on your plate.
With my wealth of 8 years' experience supporting individuals like yourself, I specialise in guiding clients through the complexities of managing mental health challenges, such as stress and anxiety, while helping them break free from harmful coping mechanisms like binge eating, emotional eating, and overeating.
Many individuals seek my guidance when they find themselves stuck, confused, and concerned about their eating habits and overall life management. They often realize that the issue extends beyond food and runs much deeper, yet struggle to articulate their emotions and experiences.
